Q: How much do I need to pay upfront?
A: All we require is a £100 deposit for each item ordered.

Q: How long do I have to wait for delivery?
A: Please contact us for a manufacturing/delivery timeframe.

Q: Do I get a warranty?
A: Yes, 5 years on the Air Tracks and 2 years on the Fans.

Q: Can I collect my item?
A: Absolutely!

Q: How do I send my logo / branding?
A: These can be emailed to us at sales@ajltracks.co.uk

Q: Do you have made bespoke products?
A: We can make pretty much anything. Send us an email with more information.

Q: Is VAT included?
A: Prices on the website exclude VAT + Delivery.

Q: Can we see your products before we buy?
